A small Nashville team that treats your home like it matters.
Because it does. ShineNova was started by people who'd hired cleaners, been let down, and figured out what "done right" should actually look like.
Meet your cleaning team
We're a team of Nashville locals who clean the way we'd want our own homes cleaned — carefully, consistently, with products we'd use around our own kids and dogs.
What we promise
Real employees, really trained
Every cleaner is a W-2 employee — background-checked, insured, and trained on our 50-point checklist before they enter a client's home.
The same faces each time
Recurring clients get a lead cleaner who learns your home. No strangers, no re-explaining where things go.
Gentle on your home and the planet
Plant-based, fragrance-light products by default, HEPA vacuums, and microfiber that's laundered — not thrown away — after every job.
Why a happiness guarantee?
Cleaning is personal. A clean bathroom to one person is a missed spot to another.
So instead of arguing about it, we just come back. Tell us within 24 hours what's not right and we'll re-clean that area for free. It keeps us honest and keeps you from ever settling.
