Common questions about our services
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us a door code, lockbox, or leave a key with a neighbor. If you'd rather be home the first time, that's completely fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — everything, including HEPA-filter vacuums and plant-based, fragrance-light products. If you have a favorite product or a sensitivity, tell us and we'll use what you prefer.
How do you price a cleaning?
By the size and condition of your home, not by the hour. You'll get a flat quote before we arrive, and that's the number you pay. Recurring plans get a discount off the standard rate.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge. We'd rather fix it than have you live with it.
